The contract between the client and SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL is formed only upon written confirmation of the order by TAIRO. TAIRO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, with full refund of any amount already paid.
All prices displayed on the website are indicative and may be subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the price confirmed in the written order confirmation issued by TAIRO. Prices are stated exclusive of VAT unless explicitly indicated otherwise. VAT and any applicable delivery charges will be clearly indicated prior to finalisation of the order.
Payment terms are specified in the order confirmation or applicable commercial contract. For custom or made-to-order products, TAIRO may require a partial or full advance payment before commencing production. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
A custom or made-to-order product is any product manufactured or modified at the specific written request of the client, with dimensions, shapes, colours, finishes, markings, or technical attributes that differ from TAIRO's standard catalogue offerings.
Payments made for custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable, except in the cases expressly provided in Section 4.4 below. In particular, SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL shall not be obligated to refund advance payments or full prepayments in the following circumstances:

Before production commences, TAIRO will issue a written order confirmation specifying all agreed technical attributes, including dimensions, materials, colours, finishes, certifications, and quantities. The client is responsible for carefully reviewing the order confirmation and approving the specifications in writing (by email or signed document) within the deadline indicated by TAIRO. Production will commence only after written client approval is received. SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL accepts no liability for non-conformities arising from specifications that were approved in writing by the client.
Returns of custom or made-to-order products are accepted only in the following cases:

Returns initiated without prior written authorisation from SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL will not be accepted and products will be returned to the sender at their expense.
In accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, individual consumers (natural persons not acting in a professional or commercial capacity) have the right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract without providing any reason within 14 calendar days from the date on which the consumer or a third party indicated by the consumer takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL of their decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email to office@tairo.ro) before the expiry of the 14-day period. The consumer must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which the consumer communicated their withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL will reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of dispatch, using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

In accordance with Law no. 449/2003 on the sale of goods and associated guarantees, as amended by Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021 implementing EU Directive 2019/771, SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL provides a mandatory legal guarantee of conformity for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of delivery, applicable to consumer contracts. This guarantee covers defects in materials, workmanship, or conformity that existed at the time of delivery and become apparent within the guarantee period.
Within the first 12 months from delivery, any lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. The consumer may request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a full refund in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
For B2B clients (legal entities purchasing in a professional capacity), guarantee terms are those agreed in the applicable commercial contract or, absent such agreement, the provisions of the Romanian Civil Code.
Delivery times communicated by TAIRO are estimates and do not constitute binding deadlines unless explicitly confirmed in writing as firm dates. SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to transport disruptions, force majeure events, or supplier delays.
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the client upon delivery to the address specified in the order confirmation. For B2C consumers, this is upon physical receipt of the goods.
Although we strive to keep all information on this website accurate and up-to-date, SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL cannot guarantee that all content is error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or its information, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

In such circumstances, TAIRO will notify the client as soon as reasonably practicable and the affected obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. For existing B2C consumer contracts, any material changes to these Terms will be communicated to the consumer at least 15 days before they take effect, by email or prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the website or our services after the effective date of a modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version of these Terms, with the date of last revision, will always be available on this page.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of this website shall first be referred to amicable resolution. If amicable resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent Romanian courts.

Comenzile pot fi plasate prin intermediul site-ului, prin email la office@tairo.ro sau telefonic la +40 750 400 230. O comandă plasată de client constituie o ofertă de cumpărare. Contractul dintre client și SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL se încheie exclusiv la confirmarea scrisă a comenzii de către TAIRO. TAIRO își rezervă dreptul de a refuza sau anula orice comandă la propria discreție, cu rambursarea integrală a oricărei sume deja plătite.
Toate prețurile afișate pe site sunt orientative și pot fi modificate fără notificare prealabilă. Prețul aplicabil unei comenzi este cel confirmat în confirmarea scrisă a comenzii emisă de TAIRO. Prețurile sunt exprimate fără TVA, dacă nu se specifică altfel în mod explicit. TVA-ul și orice costuri de livrare aplicabile vor fi indicate clar înainte de finalizarea comenzii.
Termenele de plată sunt specificate în confirmarea comenzii sau în contractul comercial aplicabil. Pentru produsele personalizate sau fabricate la comandă, TAIRO poate solicita un avans parțial sau integral înainte de începerea producției. Metodele de plată acceptate vor fi comunicate la momentul confirmării comenzii.
Un produs personalizat sau fabricat la comandă este orice produs fabricat sau modificat la solicitarea scrisă specifică a clientului, cu dimensiuni, forme, culori, finisaje, marcaje sau atribute tehnice diferite față de ofertele standard din catalogul TAIRO.
Sumele achitate pentru produse personalizate sau fabricate la comandă nu se restituie, cu excepția cazurilor prevăzute expres în Secțiunea 4.4 de mai jos. SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL nu este obligată să ramburseze avansurile sau plățile integrale anticipate în următoarele situații:
Această politică se aplică din momentul în care producția a început, indiferent de stadiul de finalizare la momentul anulării.
Înainte de începerea producției, TAIRO va emite o confirmare scrisă a comenzii cu toate atributele tehnice convenite, incluzând dimensiuni, materiale, culori, finisaje, certificări și cantități. Clientul este responsabil pentru verificarea atentă a confirmării comenzii și aprobarea specificațiilor în scris (prin email sau document semnat) în termenul indicat de TAIRO. Producția va începe numai după primirea aprobării scrise din partea clientului. SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL nu acceptă nicio răspundere pentru neconformități rezultate din specificații aprobate în scris de client.
Returul produselor personalizate sau fabricate la comandă este acceptat exclusiv în următoarele cazuri:

Retururile inițiate fără autorizare scrisă prealabilă din partea SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL nu vor fi acceptate, iar produsele vor fi returnate expeditorului pe cheltuiala acestuia.
În conformitate cu Ordonanța de Urgență a Guvernului nr. 34/2014 privind drepturile consumatorilor în cadrul contractelor încheiate cu profesioniștii, consumatorii individuali (persoane fizice care nu acționează în scop profesional sau comercial) au dreptul de a se retrage dintr-un contract la distanță sau de tip off-premises fără a invoca niciun motiv, în termen de 14 zile calendaristice de la data la care consumatorul sau un terț indicat de acesta intră în posesia fizică a bunurilor.
Pentru a exercita dreptul de retragere, consumatorul trebuie să informeze SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL printr-o declarație neechivocă (ex: o scrisoare trimisă prin poștă sau email la office@tairo.ro) înainte de expirarea termenului de 14 zile. Consumatorul trebuie să returneze bunurile fără întârzieri nejustificate și în orice caz nu mai târziu de 14 zile de la comunicarea retragerii. Costul direct al returnării bunurilor este suportat de consumator, dacă nu s-a convenit altfel în scris.
SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL va rambursa toate plățile primite de la consumator, inclusiv costurile standard de livrare, în termen de 14 zile de la primirea bunurilor returnate sau a dovezii de expediere, folosind același mijloc de plată ca cel utilizat pentru tranzacția inițială, dacă nu s-a convenit expres altfel.

În conformitate cu Legea nr. 449/2003 privind vânzarea produselor și garanțiile asociate, astfel cum a fost modificată prin Ordonanța de Urgență a Guvernului nr. 140/2021 care transpune Directiva UE 2019/771, SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL oferă o garanție legală de conformitate obligatorie pe o perioadă de 2 (doi) ani de la data livrării, aplicabilă contractelor cu consumatorii. Această garanție acoperă defectele de materiale, de execuție sau de conformitate care existau la momentul livrării și care devin aparente în perioada de garanție.
În primele 12 luni de la livrare, orice lipsă de conformitate este prezumată a fi existat la momentul livrării. Consumatorul poate solicita repararea, înlocuirea, reducerea prețului sau rambursarea integrală, în conformitate cu prevederile legale aplicabile.
Pentru clienții B2B (persoane juridice care achiziționează în calitate profesională), condițiile de garanție sunt cele convenite în contractul comercial aplicabil sau, în absența unui astfel de acord, prevederile Codului Civil român.
Termenele de livrare comunicate de TAIRO sunt estimative și nu constituie termene obligatorii, dacă nu sunt confirmate în scris în mod explicit ca termene ferme. SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL nu este răspunzătoare pentru întârzieri cauzate de împrejurări în afara controlului său rezonabil, inclusiv dar fără a se limita la perturbări de transport, cazuri de forță majoră sau întârzieri ale furnizorilor.
Riscul pierderii sau deteriorării bunurilor se transferă clientului la livrarea la adresa specificată în confirmarea comenzii. Pentru consumatorii B2C, acesta este momentul primirii fizice a bunurilor.
Deși ne străduim să menținem toate informațiile de pe site exacte și actualizate, SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL nu poate garanta că tot conținutul este fără erori. Nu suntem răspunzători pentru daune indirecte, incidentale sau consecutive rezultate din utilizarea acestui site sau a informațiilor acestuia, în măsura maximă permisă de legislația aplicabilă.

SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL nu este răspunzătoare pentru nicio neexecutare sau întârziere în executarea obligațiilor sale conform acestor Termeni atunci când aceasta rezultă din evenimente în afara controlului său rezonabil, inclusiv dar fără a se limita la calamități naturale, război, tulburări civile, pandemie, acțiuni guvernamentale, incendiu, inundații, greve sau perturbări de transport. În astfel de împrejurări, TAIRO va notifica clientul cât mai curând posibil, iar obligațiile afectate vor fi suspendate pe durata evenimentului de forță majoră.
SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL își rezervă dreptul de a actualiza sau modifica acești Termeni și Condiții oricând. Pentru contractele B2C existente cu consumatorii, orice modificări substanțiale ale acestor Termeni vor fi comunicate consumatorului cu cel puțin 15 zile înainte de intrarea lor în vigoare, prin email sau notificare vizibilă pe site. Continuarea utilizării site-ului sau a serviciilor noastre după data de intrare în vigoare a unei modificări constituie acceptarea Termenilor actualizați. Versiunea curentă a acestor Termeni, cu data ultimei revizuiri, va fi întotdeauna disponibilă pe această pagină.
Acești Termeni și Condiții sunt guvernați de legislația română. Orice dispute apărute în legătură cu acești Termeni sau utilizarea acestui site vor fi mai întâi supuse soluționării amiabile. Dacă soluționarea amiabilă nu este realizată în termen de 30 de zile, disputa va fi înaintată instanțelor competente române.

Bestellungen können über die Website, per E-Mail an office@tairo.ro oder telefonisch unter +40 750 400 230 aufgegeben werden. Eine vom Kunden aufgegebene Bestellung stellt ein Kaufangebot dar. Der Vertrag zwischen dem Kunden und SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL kommt ausschließlich durch die schriftliche Auftragsbestätigung von TAIRO zustande. TAIRO behält sich das Recht vor, jede Bestellung nach eigenem Ermessen abzulehnen oder zu stornieren, mit vollständiger Erstattung bereits geleisteter Zahlungen.
Alle auf der Website angezeigten Preise sind indikativ und können ohne Vorankündigung geändert werden. Der für eine Bestellung geltende Preis ist der in der von TAIRO ausgestellten schriftlichen Auftragsbestätigung bestätigte Preis. Preise verstehen sich zuzüglich Mehrwertsteuer, sofern nicht ausdrücklich anders angegeben. MwSt. und etwaige Lieferkosten werden vor Abschluss der Bestellung klar ausgewiesen.
Zahlungsbedingungen werden in der Auftragsbestätigung oder im geltenden Handelsvertrag festgelegt. Bei Sonderanfertigungen kann TAIRO eine teilweise oder vollständige Vorauszahlung vor Produktionsbeginn verlangen. Akzeptierte Zahlungsmethoden werden zum Zeitpunkt der Auftragsbestätigung mitgeteilt.
Ein Sonderanfertigungs- oder Auftragsprodukt ist jedes Produkt, das auf ausdrücklichen schriftlichen Wunsch des Kunden hergestellt oder modifiziert wird, mit Abmessungen, Formen, Farben, Oberflächen, Beschriftungen oder technischen Eigenschaften, die von den Standardangeboten im TAIRO-Katalog abweichen.
Zahlungen für Sonderanfertigungen sind nicht erstattungsfähig, mit Ausnahme der in Abschnitt 4.4 ausdrücklich vorgesehenen Fälle. SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL ist insbesondere nicht verpflichtet, Anzahlungen oder vollständige Vorauszahlungen in folgenden Fällen zu erstatten:
Diese Regelung gilt ab dem Moment, in dem die Produktion beginnt, unabhängig vom Fertigstellungsgrad zum Zeitpunkt der Stornierung.
Vor Produktionsbeginn stellt TAIRO eine schriftliche Auftragsbestätigung mit allen vereinbarten technischen Eigenschaften aus, einschließlich Abmessungen, Materialien, Farben, Oberflächen, Zertifizierungen und Mengen. Der Kunde ist für die sorgfältige Prüfung der Auftragsbestätigung und die schriftliche Genehmigung der Spezifikationen (per E-Mail oder unterzeichnetem Dokument) innerhalb der von TAIRO angegebenen Frist verantwortlich. Die Produktion beginnt erst nach Eingang der schriftlichen Kundenfreigabe. SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL übernimmt keine Haftung für Nichtkonformitäten, die aus vom Kunden schriftlich genehmigten Spezifikationen resultieren.
Die Rückgabe von Sonderanfertigungen ist ausschließlich in folgenden Fällen akzeptiert:

Rücksendungen ohne vorherige schriftliche Genehmigung von SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL werden nicht akzeptiert und die Produkte werden auf Kosten des Absenders zurückgesandt.
Gemäß der Regierungsnotverordnung Nr. 34/2014 über Verbraucherrechte bei Verträgen mit Unternehmern haben Verbraucher (natürliche Personen, die nicht in beruflicher oder gewerblicher Eigenschaft handeln) das Recht, ohne Angabe von Gründen innerhalb von 14 Kalendertagen ab dem Datum, an dem der Verbraucher oder ein von ihm benannter Dritter die körperliche Besitzergreifung der Waren vornimmt, von einem Fernabsatz- oder außerhalb von Geschäftsräumen geschlossenen Vertrag zurückzutreten.
Um das Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, muss der Verbraucher SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL durch eine eindeutige Erklärung (z.B. ein per Post oder E-Mail an office@tairo.ro gesendeter Brief) vor Ablauf der 14-Tage-Frist über seine Entscheidung informieren. Der Verbraucher muss die Waren unverzüglich und in jedem Fall spätestens 14 Tage ab dem Datum zurücksenden, an dem er seinen Widerruf mitgeteilt hat. Die direkten Kosten der Rücksendung trägt der Verbraucher, sofern nicht schriftlich anders vereinbart.
SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL erstattet alle vom Verbraucher erhaltenen Zahlungen, einschließlich der Standard-Lieferkosten, innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der zurückgesandten Waren oder des Versandnachweises, unter Verwendung desselben Zahlungsmittels wie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion, sofern nicht ausdrücklich anders vereinbart.
Das Widerrufsrecht gilt nicht für:
Gemäß den anwendbaren Bestimmungen des rumänischen Rechts und der EU-Richtlinie 2019/771 gewährt SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL eine gesetzliche Konformitätsgarantie für einen Zeitraum von 2 (zwei) Jahren ab dem Lieferdatum für Verbraucherverträge. Diese Garantie deckt Material-, Ausführungs- oder Konformitätsmängel ab, die zum Zeitpunkt der Lieferung bestanden und innerhalb der Garantiezeit auftreten.
Innerhalb der ersten 12 Monate nach Lieferung wird vermutet, dass eine etwaige Vertragswidrigkeit bereits zum Zeitpunkt der Lieferung bestanden hat. Der Verbraucher kann gemäß den anwendbaren gesetzlichen Bestimmungen Reparatur, Ersatz, Preisminderung oder vollständige Erstattung verlangen.
Für B2B-Kunden (juristische Personen, die in beruflicher Eigenschaft kaufen) gelten die im jeweiligen Handelsvertrag vereinbarten Garantiebedingungen oder, in Ermangelung einer solchen Vereinbarung, die Bestimmungen des rumänischen Zivilgesetzbuches.
Von TAIRO mitgeteilte Lieferzeiten sind Schätzungen und stellen keine verbindlichen Fristen dar, sofern sie nicht ausdrücklich schriftlich als Festtermine bestätigt werden. SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL haftet nicht für Verzögerungen, die durch Umstände außerhalb ihrer zumutbaren Kontrolle verursacht werden, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Transportstörungen, höhere Gewalt oder Lieferantenverzögerungen.
Das Risiko des Verlusts oder der Beschädigung der Waren geht mit der Lieferung an die in der Auftragsbestätigung angegebene Adresse auf den Kunden über. Bei B2C-Verbrauchern ist dies der Moment der körperlichen Übernahme der Waren.

SC TAIRO UNLIMITED SRL haftet nicht für Nichterfüllung oder Verzögerungen bei der Erfüllung ihrer Verpflichtungen gemäß diesen AGB, wenn diese auf Ereignisse außerhalb ihrer zumutbaren Kontrolle zurückzuführen sind, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf höhere Gewalt, Krieg, innere Unruhen, Pandemien, Regierungsmaßnahmen, Brand, Überschwemmungen, Streiks oder Transportstörungen. Bei bestehenden B2C-Verbraucherverträgen werden wesentliche Änderungen dieser AGB dem Verbraucher mindestens 15 Tage vor ihrem Inkrafttreten per E-Mail oder durch einen deutlich sichtbaren Hinweis auf der Website mitgeteilt. Die weitere Nutzung der Website oder unserer Dienste nach dem Inkrafttreten einer Änderung gilt als Annahme der aktualisierten AGB. Diese AGB unterliegen dem rumänischen Recht. Alle Streitigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit diesen AGB oder der Nutzung dieser Website werden zunächst einer gütlichen Einigung zugeführt.
